Add Shipping Insurance to Your Order to Ensure your Parcel Arrives Safely!

All of our International parcels are shipped through Australia Post (our Government Post Office) to keep shipping costs to a minimum for the customer. Unfortunately Australia Post standard airmail articles are not trackable unless they are registered or insured.

Please note: The only other affordable yet online trackable shipping method available in Australia is EMS, which is an option on the shipping page during checkout.

If you're concerned about buying from Australia, we suggest adding shipping insurance to your order for $9.50 Australian Dollars which will insure the package up to $100 Australian Dollars and means Australia Post will track your order.

As we very rarely lose a parcel, we are not forcing customers to insure their post, but have made it optional. Simply add this to your shopping cart if you wish to have your parcel insured and we'll insure your parcel on dispatch.

Please Note: Shipping Insurance is currently not available to Germany, Canada or The Netherlands - this decision comes from Australia Post and is out of our hands. Parcels shipped to these countries may be sent registered instead which adds basic tracking - this is valid for parcels 2kg or smaller.

International orders that weigh 1.25kg or more (approx. 5 t-shirts) will automatically be shipped with insurance or registration.
