Australian parcels
are shipped with Australia Post and require a signature on delivery.
If you are not home your order will be held at your local post
office for pick up. Lightweight, flat rate and per item rate items
will be posted using eParcel (Australia Post parcel delivery with
online delivery tracking). |

Australian Express Post
parcels are shipped using Australia Post
next-day service. Please Note: The same processing times apply, your
order will simply arrive faster after it has been dispatched. Visit
Australiapost.com.au and search for Express Post to
check whether you qualify for next-day delivery. |

International Shipping Options / Services |

International Parcels
are shipped using Airmail through Australia Post. Unfortunately no
online tracking exists for standard airmail. To view shipping
information for your country, visit the
Australia Post international shipping page.
Important Note: The United
Kingdom, European countries and some other regions may be subject to
taxes on imports from Australia. It is entirely at the discretion of
your government - visit the customs department or government post
office website for your country for further information. |

International Express Post
parcels arrive faster than standard airmail and basic online
tracking is available to most countries. Express post international
is still subject to each products processing time, it simply arrives
faster after dispatch. To

card mail orders - print out our

- this is for VISA and Mastercard orders for Australian customers only
who do not wish to place an order online.

Once you add items to your shopping
cart our shipping rates popup window becomes available. Simply choose your
country from the list of countries and your delivery options and postage rates
will be shown. Popup blockers must allow the window to pop up if you wish
to preview your shipping costs prior to checkout.
Important
Notes About International Orders:
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order and destination zone.
Customs Information: Any
shipping method we use may take longer depending on the customs practices in
your country. If your parcel is chosen to be inspected by the Customs Department
in your country, that could add a few days (or more in some cases) to the
arrival time of your order. This is unavoidable and completely at the discretion
of your local government.
International Customs
Charges: Customs and tax
charges vary from country to country, many countries do not charge tax on
Australian shipments for the order values we usually ship out. At Australian
Native T-Shirts we fill out the appropriate customs information required by law
when orders are shipped overseas - please be sure to consider your local tax &
customs laws before ordering from Australian Native as we cannot be held
responsible for any tax or duties charged by your local government on delivery.
International Shipping Insurance:
If you are concerned about buying from far off
Australia, please
purchase shipping insurance by
adding it to your shopping cart with your other items. Shipping insurance is
optional for small orders but it covers your order for up to $150 AUD.

Return & Exchange Policies:*
We offer refund of purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. Postage and
handling costs cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in good order within
14 days before a refund will be given.
All orders are checked for
breakages / faults before they are shipped – however please contact us to
discuss if there is a problem with your item that we may have missed or if you
think damage has been done in transit. Any damage done in transit will need to
be reported by the customer to Australia Post.
Please take care when ordering when it
comes to t-shirt
sizing as sizes do differ quite a lot between brands - chest measurements are
always the best guide to size of a t-shirt. Chest measurements provided
represent the shirt and not the measurements of your body.
General Exchange Policy:
Garments can be
exchanged upon availability for a different size as long as they are in
new, unwashed and unworn condition. Please check individual garment sizes before
returning the items as sizing varies between the manufacturers. The buyer is
responsible for the delivery costs both ways in a size exchange.
All
exchanges must take place within 30 days of your order leaving our warehouse.
Australian customers: You must include a
self-addressed prepaid post satchel / postpak for the new item to be sent to
you. Please provide clear instructions so we can send the new size back to you.
Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.
Sale Items or Mates Rates items CANNOT be
exchanged.
International exchanges:
Please arrange a foreign exchange in advance via email as we will require you to
pay the shipping costs before we can send your exchange item to you. We also
need you to include clear instructions in the return package so there is no
mistake when we send you the new sizes.
Please note:
Under no circumstances can we accept the return or
exchange of body jewellery due to health and safety regulations - please choose
your body jewellery carefully.
*Any returns or exchanges must
be arranged via e-mail before you send the
item/s back to Australian Native T-Shirts.
